a newest edition to me is my lip piercing...owh welll nth much...i bleached my hair again and its goin to die soo...so soon...as for my life...i haven't been seeing my gf much lately...i can wait...but there are times i wish i had some1 there to talk...

about my work...things almost getting outta hand between me and mr.programmer, i never thought those words can come out from wut i thought closest buddies...i kept my cool this time again...if he said the wrong words again, i don't think god can save him from the angry me...i wish it never happen...

as for events...its been really quiet for the past 3 weeks i wonder why...no concerts no nth...but then again i think of it as a holiday b4 the big storm...heres the list of events i think i'm doing...

before the big one..i did Anugerah Planet Muzik 08 at KLCC & the Janice Concert at Stadium Merdeka...

after tat...a war has begun...

upon reachin early in the mornin, the least we thought it wasn't tat bad...as we saw..

setting up under the sun couldn't be as bad as this one, all 8 of us (lightings) manage to hang on doing the whole place up with lighting, yes...the whole place up, i think even the toilets need lights too isn't it???

lucky for us, rain doesn't really come tat much, except it felt like Tsunami is coming on when it does, especially on the 2nd day as early as 6 am...but my wish of seeing super waves and such didn't came true afterall....

but still, no matter wut, we still have time to fool around and take pics...

I was assign to be on board when Tiesto comes on, jus following que with his own lighting programmer which look like incredible hulk, holland style, so we both sych up when we play lighting for the big one, and it was an awesome experience though i din get to dance or party tat much..

i get to drink for free though, as usual, the FOH is filled with free beers...and so i play lights and drink, went back after tat feeling like laughin all night...

it was great, and who say i'm not there??? like i told u, i'm almost evrywhere, and i'm BIG!!!

and after almost more than a week, this is wut i get...

whatever Rave party it is, bring it on, after this one i'm not afraid of anything else....

Incubus gig here at kl SunBurst Festival is confirmed not taken by my company, which if i'm a freelancer i probably can watch them live...and since march is packed, i guess i can't make it to this one afterall...after so long waiting for them to come it has to be like this...probably this is the only time one of my fav band comes to town and i couldn't do anything about it cause i'm working, and god knows why my company only handles stupid chinese artist which i don't know them but they only know me.....

I spent my time at work...usual stuff rite??

but jus smth for the moment....i had to tell u guys how it all began and evrything...

there was once i went to on nonstop tour last year which is from Penang, to Sabah and Kuching (>>>>click here to see<<<<<), well back then i was very much active online (tat was way b4 i was a fulltimer)...but between the tour i din go online....when i got back, to go online, the usual a bunch of unknown ppl adding me, well, u know how frenster is...well i'm not playing frenster for the sake of making my fren's list full like stupid....so usually i ask if they knew me or else i reject...She was one of them, so i asked, i was surprise when she replied and told me we were classmates..and she can tell my FULL NAME!!! not much ppl knows my full name unless its family or close frens...i'm still puzzled then, so i keep on reading her profile, and yes, she is from my school last time, but is evrything she said is true??

FYI : its been almost 6 years (then) i left KK for KL, to be honest, i completely forgotten evrything and evryone...so she is no different...besides..i have poor memory also, so who cares about last time rite???

so browsing her profile, i din seem to click, even the name is not some1 i knew, but when i saw one of her pictures, it hits me and its like evrything come falling back to me, its tat particular smile tat i remember about her, back then in primary (as she told me) we used to kacau each other, we were close fren, and as i remember myself then, i'm pretty much a shy boy but with her i felt comfortable...but my memories of the past almost completely wiped out..except for her smiles...the best part is, she found me in frenster...

few days later, we started to talk on the phone, few weeks later, we felt for each other, after so many years, i can't believe i still felt comfortable still, even when its on the phone, and i'm pretty sure its not infactuation like i used to, somewhere in the middle, it made me realise how hard it is, to even find some1 who u can feel comfy with...and so...i'm in love....

we were 2gether soon after that...this is when i went to kelantan and meet her the very first time in years...

then as days go by, we try to spend more time 2gether, and being almost 8 hours apart, we also tried to find sometime for us to spend 2gether too...its a challenge to some, but i can live with it...

i've never been more happier when she is around...like i told her, she is like my sunshine, and god knows i like sunlight tat much, she brightens my days evryday...

i could never ask for more, i can even list out why i'm so deeply in love...theres one entry i wrote last time about my gf criteria (>>>>>click<<<<<) , she kena almost all of it...well, she kena all of it acutually...which automatically sets me into "not Available" mode...and indeed i'm not available anymore

I've been on tour...like i told u guys..i'm dead bzZZZzzzz...as far as i know, my cny might have to be skipped also due to work... now i cannot be happy about it but still i can't do anything about it since i'm not longer the kuli i am last time...now evrywhere i go i carry the name S.E.S along with me...

on and off i've been sick, probably its a curse from evry of my freelancer boss or other company boss cause i jumped into fulltime, i still believe tat its true....well, wuts coming up next, Jay Chou's Concert is the next big one, and hopefully, i don't get sick this time...

and the big news is....i love being the inside guy of evrything, i know its a wrong thing to do but u guys hear this from me and no one else yet....so must belanja me makan u know...

as u guys knows (or not) most of the chinese concerts, Gwen's and Muse is handled by a company called Galaxy production...as far as i heard, my big boss recently had meeting with them and has alr agreed to do all the events tat they bring, THIS YEAR, beginnin with Jay Chou's Concert, there will be 12 Concerts coming to Msia...and most of it won't be chinese....thats jus one thing...their competitor and genting's production, StarPlanet..will be doing more concert too...so expect to see some biggest name to come down to perform...

the big success of Live&Loud makes it a possibility tat this year it might happened again...bigger, longer and more international acts coming along...

yEvents will be bringing a musical theater again this year, and this time its Beauty & The Beast, yeap!!! the one tat we used to watch on Disney Channel or movies don't know how many years back..its happening later this mid year....

and what is more to concert if there is no rave parties...right??

there will be again this year Revelation6 this coming same time, and its been awhile alredy...

Malaysian Tourism Board jus approve afew more rave parties along the way, a lil rave here and there...one of it is a comeback for Salem Rave Tour...if this comfirms, u'll see me around ALL OVER MSIA for sure...

there will be another comeback though....i REPEAT...will be a TIESTO comeback...and this time...its at PORT DICKSON...so far the talks is still going on, but word is, it'll be around May, so it won't be an F1 rave party, and here's the best part...it'll be also a 2-DAYS party...talk about getting ur legs chopped off...

last year...going from 2006 to 2007 was a great nite...i was at Sepang Rave party Celebr8ing New Year with working frens, that was the last time i ever hear ah Hon (my moving lights sifu who teach me a lot about moving lights, and he is no longer here in msia..) saying nice things to me....probably the last thing i ever hear from him...i remember tat nite i danced till my leg broke off into pieces....and that long drive there was worth it afterall....

this year...going from 2007 to 2008 is wasn't an easy thing..

hey people....

i know i know...i've been so caught up with work i forgot/can't find the time to blog..seriously...as u guys hear all over the place, things/concert or wtv is happenin all over the place...very much close by till the point i didn't had a time for a break till next year...well the only reason i got to blog rite now is cause, i got off work early since the stage for Leo Ku's Concert @ Stadium Merdeka, which i'm working for this one rite now, and weirdly this time, not for lighting, working for sound, and every crew is so big size doing sound, i'm the smallest...mati la me seriously...

and thx to u Angela, u've started a chained war of "Nth"....with me also......don't worry, i'll make a day for u for sure....

lets see...a lil flashback....

i've been working on F.E.I Grandprix stupid horseshow, jus to get my back injured, since my baby is here for holidays, so i might as well take a breather...a few small shows then LIVE&Loud which i say probably the most hectic thing i'll ever do, i wasn't doing lighting there but i'm doing Sound Dept. and i'll say, pushing the platforms in and out liddat, really breaks my leg at the end of the day, but at least i know and experienced things/concert such as LiveEarth or LiveAid...it was a hell of a thing to do and i love it....if u guys were there u sure notice ppl running back and fourth thruout the stage changin the bands stuff, i was one of them....so after tat, a few smallshows...and now, Leo Ku's Concert...

after this i think i'll send in my application letter to join S.E.S, since politics still burning around the company, i don't think i can wait summo....with a few more responsibility i have, i can't....

slightly after B.E.P concert, well actually a few hours after i finished things off at genting, i went downhill early with my boss, considering how cirit we are, after a long drive, i came home and got some rest and a few hours later getting ready for the big thing...

initially, me and my frens wanted to go when it starts, 2 pm, but delay causes us to be on our way at 5 pm...so around 7pm we reach there....surprisingly when we 1st got in, there wasn't much ppl go tat early...i'm glad we didn't...but the fact tat we sked we're late for smth, we didn't even eat outside b4 we go in....bad mistake....and....the whole place is filled with mudd.....yes....mudd, and i'm wearing white.....big mistake number 2......

i have frens working in most of the 6 arenas, so i dropped by and rubbing it in....lucklily i'm now working for tat one even if they give me rm2k for 4 days.....

mayb i will....but too bad they didn't offer me tat......

though the whole place is filled with mudd, ppl kept pouring in, for those who wear flipflops there, how lucky, as for me, i took off my shirt and my shoe and dance around the arena, most of the time, i was at godskitchen arena, and i walked around for some time off too...unlike other rave....seriously this one is big enough for u to do almost anything, u can rest, ~~have sex~~ and eat as there is so many stalls around...to dance, the key is dare to go dirty, so....dancing in the mudd wasn't as bad as it seems, though i smell like shit at the end of the day, but then again, i washed up at the Foambar Arena, which is a dancefloor filled with foam....

considering how bad the mudd is, evrything else is jus fine, the dj line up, the place , the ppl, the atmosphere and i had a time of my life....hopefully it won't be mudd next year though...

if ur wondering....i'm not exactly dead yet....

well thanks to those who is willing if not call, at least sms to pull me back out from where i stress and have no sleep, i've been in hell and back recently and rite now i'm feeling miserable than ever as problems keep coming up...as for those who didn't call...its ok...i forgive but i don't forget...and u guys know who u are...didn't know where i am until i realise it.....its best u give a good explanation why...

its been quite a hectic as u heard, well mayb not but if u guys read the newspapers, a lot of shows going on all at the same time, making me one of those who have not enough sleep, stressing and working my ass out, for me, it was all climbing up and down, not like i don't like it and all....

owh wait, u guys much be wondering where i'm standing rite now, i'm currently still a freelance, for some, strange reason and internal problem in the office, my application of becoming a S.E.S fulltimer is in pending, i think Live&Loud KL should be my decider...but i don't tend to wait on it anyway, so i keep on doing wtv i do outside.....

Setup and Before the Show

i know, my phone wasn't the best one to take pics, but at least i took some nice outta hundreds. The concert was great, to be said, it turned out pretty well than i expected considering the timeline they gave us to set the whole thing up, and believe it or not, we set up the whole concert with 8 lighting crew at arena in jus 3 hours on the 1st nite when we're there...luckily, jus like other mat saleh's concert i've done, it was all jus moving lights, no focusing long hours needed...so it made the job pretty easy...

i'm on of the 4 main followspotters and guess who i took if not non other than the ducthess herself...and my god they're even harder to follow, than the LinkinPark members...

the perform some of their big hits and even solos from will.i.am (i got it from my mama) and Fergie (glamorous, big girls don't cry, london bridge)....and when they sing their own group's song, everybody jus stood up till the end....i didn't see anyone sitting, although there were SOUND technical difficulties...they made it seem like its all jus an act...which i say pretty much spontanious and creative of them....normal ppl may seem it is, but from where i am, we know....but lemme jus take sometime and laugh....

AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA........

well, i'm not with sound wut....thank god lighting have nth to worry about in showtime, must have been Uncle Lim watching over us....giving sound ppl a hard time and not us lighting for once.....well i didn't know tat Tan Sri left until 1 day b4 the concert, though its sad to see such a great man leave us, but his legacy and wut he has built will always be there and alive for him...at his age....we know tat he is happily living....is jus like to say....Thanks Uncle Lim, for the entertainment city u left us.....

i'll soon update u guys on the Revelation5 i went, and this time i'm not even working there...

in the meantime, i'm working on Chicago : The Musical at KLCC till 11th....

its a matter tat has been playing in my mind like for...god knows when

eversince i started to do this job, its like, to me its a passion & love which i had never put on any other things b4, though i'm pretty much pissed of wuts happenin behind it really, but all i can do is complain and no one listens...tats where i got the idea to tell evryone wuts happenin behind the scenes of an Event or Concert in a blog....thus...Tadaaaa....this blog is my medium to tell u guys the stories behind it.....love it or hate it...its the truth....

its been really a great time, and being where i am rite now, nth makes me more happier working with things or events u see on tv or hear on the radio and say "hey, i DID tat" or "i'm involve in it".....ah please, u guys dun need to ask also knows, tat whereever there is huge events/concerts, i'm there almost there....evrytime...but like evrybody hears how great it is to be where i am rite now, its not really that great at all to me, even if i give this job to any other ppl on the streets, i don't think they can last for 3 days....i jus don't get it...why me??? amongst thousand others, why i choose to stay where i am rite now??

its cause i love it, i can't leave....its a passion and doing smth i love to do is wut is important....

can't believe tat i've been a freelancer for almost 3 years now, and wut do i get from all of this, well on the plus side, i've been to more concert than anyone else been in a year...i've seen artist which other ppl go crazy about evrytime but to me they're jus normal ppl, probably i'm famous too *giggle*......i've experienced things from top to bottom...i've been taught by ppl who started way back dunno when and i appreciate it...ppl recognised me and lastly, i can safely say tat no one is as good as me doing followspotting ppl...

but u guys know as a freelancer, i don't get to enjoy much benefit from evrything, EPF and all...but most importantly, though being a freelancer is good money, but tat only apply to u WHEN u have jobs to do, but as a fulltimer, u get fixed pay, bonuses and etc...but i can't choose my event like i use to do anymore...which...pretty much a let down for me oso....

at some point, i really wanted to ask for a fulltime job, but i guess i'm not ready to commit to it yet, my time will be, well, there will be no time for anything to happen...and god knows how bz S.E.S would be since most of the huge events they took...

wut my concern is, i won't be as free as i used to be.....meanin i have to sacrifice my time jus to be where i wana be....now all i'm wondering...is going into a huge company like S.E.S, a good idea at all??

P/S : if u guys not reading this...i'm becoming a Fulltimer, not a Freelancer no more soon...jus tell me wut u think?? is tat even a good idea???

i haven't been really updating much do i?

call the cops...i'm so late...but anyhow, to all those who is concern about my injuury, i'm fine really...i even have strenght to mess around anyways...but this post is not about updating u guys on wuts been happenin, more like telling u guys wut u already know and put it 1 step ahead (i know, i don't even know wut-the-heck i'm talking about) but seriously, i think as a reader, a passer by, or a fren of mine should know wuts on my mind rite now...

as u guys already know, theres a fashion show going on at Pavillion KL [FYI : its the new shopping complex in kl], and yes i'm involve with it, but i'm not even working when showtime, so wut did i do these few days...i was messing/hanging around at Pavillion still...don't ask, u know theres no concert nearby....

and....Tata Young was there, did manage to get a picture with her, but....well....my phone went cookoo jus when i was standing next to her...so no pictures....damnit...she's so hawt.....

tats jus one thing....another thing is about my job...my current status as a freelance....

no matter how cool as my job goes, well, its all great to me SOMETIMES, not when i get injured or lack of sleep...but things tat happened recently has reallly made me think whether i should stay, where i am rite now or jus move along...
its my future on the line so i've been giving it a deep thought really long time alr...

and!!!! as how much i'll regret saying this...

i think i decided to quit doing wut i'm doing rite now....

its wuts best for me also i guess...but i'm not happy about it....

i think i shall wash toilets after this.....

but in the meantime, i'll still hang around Pavillion for a while....

Working Hazards & Drama at JC's Concert

no pics to upload yet, at least not now...phone ran dead as i jus only got off work, i've been awake for almost 20 hours now and i took time to stop by and blog on the way back...

rite after this i gotta head back to stadium at 3 pm

but anyway, this is one concert not to be missed cause i work my ass off for this concert, plus, being the supastar i am, i fell off the stage and causes drama around the stadium earlier this midnite morning, evryone rushed to me like i'm almost dead liddat....

for as long as i've been working, i've neva been injured or hurt badly, but i slipped and fell off the stage 2day, knocked my ribs and till now it soars evrytime when i stand up..

enough said...i put my life on this fucking concert, considering how high the stage is....if i didn't knock on the scafolding which breaks my fall, i should have been in hospital rite now...

sigh....things i do jus to get the job done...all this for wut??? it not like ppl appreciate ppl like us, all they do is jus scream at the artist...

Adeline, CALL ME when ur there, i'll be doing followspot...and for whoever going to the concert, jus keep the lookout for me at the 8 followspot tower behind a white canopy in the middle of the field, i'm THERE!!!!

well...outta boredom of having holiday here at work....ok i lied...no pics yet...but will try to take as much as possible later...

its been great over here, its cold, i have a running nose all week (few days now), my boss is generous enough to give 4 of us each with one room to sleep (i can roll like....like....a cake) and met great ppl....

sorry for the lack of updates, i have been bz with things lately, i'm sure i don't need to tell u wut i'm bz about...u should know...i have been stressed,wet, sitted, waited and eat over there at dataran....btw, HAPPY 50th Merdeka Homeland...and ppl who live in it, it really been a rich life thruout a lot of things...

i know its been alr 2 days after the concert...

and rite now i still feel the vibe of it...i never thought tat a simple moving lights concert would be this good...and fuck yeah its tat damn good....

i can't believe they have an issue with this concert b4 the show started...about canceling her gig and all, but thru it all, it is happenin anyway...so i'm glad tat this happen...cause if not i won't be able to do followspot for gwen (i was the main followspot for her, which makes me really proud since it was a great concert)
wut makes the concert great is...well...i have to list this out...

1. it was a sold out show, was pretty much a surprise cause, while i was at the main entrance, watching....smth *ahem ahem*..the concert was schedule to start at 8pm, and at 6-7pm, there wasn't any one (not much ppl) queing..i got bored after a while, then when i went to the toilet and back, there was a frenzy-stupid-crazy-many-huge line all of the sudden, which makes me pretty much busy...looking..left and right...

2. its their....i dunno how many concert till they reach our place, so there wasn't much programming to watch..evrything is done LIVE!!! and the lighting was as awesome like he programmed it for years, following que, following songs n beats, and he gave us the followspot ques at the same time, which makes me amazed tat one programmer can do all this....

3. from starting till the end, no one was sitting down, including me, well, tats cause i was doing followspots for her...

4. their own crew really live up to their own standards, setting up on time, where else our own ppl, they all think this is all crazy...i was working as stagehand at tat time, it took us 1 hour to set up her band's stuff...and it took us less than 1 hour to dismantle it...

if u ask me, theres only 1 thing i don't like, is the security, its so tight, till certain pass can only go to certain place, tat also if u have the correct sticker for the pass and the right colour of ur wristband..so theres 3 things to look at whereever i go, i can't even go to backstage toilet cause my pass says "stagehands : only on stage", and my sticker says level 4 pass and my wrist band was purple...to get into tat toilet backstage, i have the right pass, right sticker but wrong colour of the wristband...get wut i mean? u get the picture rite??

tat security happens at exactly 2 pm, so....*POOFF* goes my chance of taking pic with Harajuku girls and gwen....

i would stay and be stagehand and be near the stage, but being the main followspotter, i can watch the whole concert and how it is...at one point Gwen jump off the stage and ran towards the back row towards the fan...i was followspotting her at tat time, and when she did tat, my heart jus DROPPED like dunno wut, she was running too fast till i can't actually follow her...but its all good, cause at least she is connecting with the audience a lil...those fans in the back row sure happy as hell...

i tell u, if i were some normal person paying ridiculously high price jus to be in the front row and wondering whther the concert would be nice to watch, i'll say, i wouldn't regret it...its really nice...

while loading stuff, Gwen herself actually came and say thank you, like i told u, the security was so tight, as i tried to take my phone outta my pocket, this huge security told me to keep it....so i jus can only greet her, shake hands with her and she gave me this guitar pick....

like u guys know, i've been on holiday to kelantan these few days...and it was great, enough said...

last week i left few more pic in my phone i forgot to upload....

then on weds, i left kl on an early bus to kelantan, yes..i took an agonizing 8 hours trip to kelantan, it scares me still, but then again i reach there and back here safe and sound...

a lil bit of scenery won't hurt...

and evryone..some of u already saw and knew her, but for u guys who didn't and been waiting to know who she is..meet the one i love, Ernest....

after in a long long time, i never thought we would be together, its like a story tat i never thought will come true, we were primary school frens, she teased me back then, i remembered her smile...

then when i moved, evrything jus went missing, even my memories with her or anything in between...

the only thing tat never change is her smile...then evrything comes back to me one by one...

its the 1st time we met after a long long time, and i think fate brought us 2gether, thought i don't believe it is, but...this jus explains it all...to some it'll be awkward, but we're different...

though its jus a few days i've been with her, i pretty much miss her evry second i'm not with her, for some good reason..owh wait, she is jus 8 hours away only :-)

my lazy bum, i love u...and yes...i do miss u even now....

i got my new haircut and i'm loving it, though i love my CNY hair the best, but this...is still good enough to take me apart from the "normal" ppl around...which makes me...me!!

my pc at home jus died on me, i dunno wut is happening but heck, can't go online at home even if i wanted it to...so yea...its going to be a long long while till i can go online back, tat is until i get my own laptop tat is...I'M TARGETING a pink wan!! HAHAHA

but as u guys know, being a freelancer, though i can choose the events i wana do, but there are thing tat is unevitable, tat the price i have to take if i'm wanted to work/get calls left and right to do events....

so this week i was suppose to be in Emil Chau's Concert, but i turn up on the 1st day of setting up, done the roof lightings in RECORD timing in history of concerts and left there for klcc's Charity Event...so yes...this is actually the 2nd time i said no to huge concert after Good Charlotte wan...lets jus hope i won't regret it as i'll go back there 2nite to dismantle stuff and head back to store...

but after this..its going to be a long long bz time ahead of me as there is some Pageant Show at Genting next week (TBC), Gwen Stefani's concert, Justin Timbertasik's concert, Rave party, Summer Live Concert @ Ipoh and so on till Oct....i'm so fucking dead meat, they've book me all over like i'm some kinda restaurant...

i know i haven't been really blogging much lately....

wait, not like i blog everyday oso...

well so here is wut happening last week (since its already 2.35am MONDAY!), i even got pictures but i'll upload it, sometime 2moro...

i won't say wut happen at work on saturday, for those who knows pls, keep it a secret. the fact tat i have to deal with balloons whole night is truly a stupid and ridiculous thing to do. as usual working with ah Loong always makes me laugh and keeps me in a good mood, it doesn't happen when we started work, but it happen when we're too tired to think or we worked for long hours...so a famous quote was borned courtesy of ah Loong which makes me laugh like hell in the early morning hours, he quote " I Ban Balloon Forever" then everything jus cracks up

F.Y.I : i dunno whether it happens to evryone or not, but when i work or stayed up WAY too late (as in early hours) i tend to become a lil bit crazy, can't think of anything and might become crazy too. eg : laugh like crazy nonstop eventhough no other ppl is making jokes or laughing.

its safe to say tat, i neva thought i could ditch work...mainly cause its not even doing wut i usually do, its way outta my zone, we were working thruout the night and suppose to continue working on sunday till probably now...but THAT didn't HAPPEN, as we done our things at tmn.Desa, ah loong and i were planning to DITCH work, of course i wasn't feeling it at 1st, i would if i wan too but i'm the main person who takes up this job but i myself cannot tahan, so we made 1001 reasons to tell my fren that we couldn't continue working later that morning, after a few calls and evrything, my phone died, so since we already got the green light to walk away from it, heck....wut do i care rite? i dun like it anyway...so wut if i neva get another job from them, i ban them first for this...as bad as it sounds, YES!!! i ditched work for the 1st time....which something i never do b4 no matter how bad tat work might be, but this one is jus unbearable.

I STILL refuse to tell u wut i did tat made me tat way, so i'll jus zip it for now, its so memalukan to tell...

soon after, i manage to drag myself to get a new haircut, since the last time i cut a new style was, CNY...which until 2day, is still one of my favourite among all the haircut i got, but things gotta go too, simply cause i was too bored and my hair is getting long...so officially 2day, i'm with my new hairstyle, i think i'm going to cut myself a trademark lines again...

soon after i got my haircut, went to midvalley jus to get some stuff i wanted for this month (i planned it), i'll say, i wish my waist line was bigger, cause being a 28/29 waist guy i am is certainly not an easy thing when it comes to buying pants. i walked shop to shop jus to get the pants that i wanted, there is a lot of choices cause evrything is so cheap, but then, the prob is, they don't have my size, one lady told me "its hard to get size 28 for guys, mostly starts at 30"

PFFTTTT....there goes my choices!!!

but i manage to buy 2 pants from different shop, i'm such a short pants guy, wanted to get long pants but non looks nice, mayb i jus look good on 3/4s...anytime, anywhere...

the pants cost me rm79 and rm45 each, wut makes me thinkin is both didn't have discounts...yes..weird considering its sales evrywhere, but the ones i got jus dun have discounts..theres one thing i couldn't understd about is Malaysian Megasales, i thought evrything is cheaper, since its THE MEGASALE we're talking about...but its turns out not evrything got discount oso wan...even my haircut

so total i've spent rm 350 in 2 days....how come?

FACT #122

as u all know, there a lot of dangerous things i do, or should i say, i have too, and i can't avoid it even if i wanted too cause theres a lot of risk involve..from power leaks, falling from death, accidents and etc...

well i had cheated death a few times already, if i really really count on it, the 1st time it happened is at Bkt Jalil, Anugerah Era 06, while i was focusing lights, i slipped and hung on dear life with my 2 hands from falling 20 feet down, of course no one noticed, only 1 ppl, which is my bro (the one who still ignored me), he jus told me to be carefull...

the 2nd time is at Bkt Bintang Football Street Party, there was a power leakage on one of the 32amp cables, wut i thought was no power, but turns out there is, i held it, short-ed and flew 5 feet back, luckily there was an unbalance power going on, if it was the heavier side, i could have died there...suffered a few bruises and cuts on my hands only...

the 3rd time, is actually happened recently, at Kuching's Borneo Music Festival which i did recently...wait, talking about it, i remember i gotta upload pictures...HAHAHAAHAH...forgotten, next post la...anyway...was focusing lights, it was raining and power leakage again, but this time it happened when i climbed up to the roof of the stage, i touched it, and felt ticklish, i thought small power, then it got huge and started to "pull", i let go of my hands (BOTH hands) and hangs on only with my feet...and started laughing about it...and shouted "CHAU TIEN AR, CUT POWER!!!!" (translated from canto means "power leaking...", after checking left right up down, it turns out tat the Generator Set/GENset/Power Generator has not been "Earth-ed" yet (an Earth Cable for extra useless power that run things..dunno how to explain)...

though there is so many times i cheated death, in the end i still come back for more, no doubt there is fear of anything when i climb, rig, push, fix, jump and etc...the key is not to think of it, besides i love heights, and i kept my mind on tat point evry time i do it, it still thrills me evrytime

why i'm involve in so much shows, cause i'm stupid enough to do crazy stunts to get things done...even if i can't get things done...things i did jus gets the attention, whether its a scolding from some boss/head/crew or even ppl or artist cheering/noticing/look/amazed by wut i did...like i said AGAIN!!! i know i prolly whine and evrything b4 a huge concert comes...and this time i'm not making any difference...WHY THE HECK they won't decrease lighting stuff evry concert...evrytime add add add!!!! really!!!! lets sum this up shall we???

...A Concert = Dead Crew at the end of each day (me) + Late nights/no sleep + Climb up and down + $$$$$$...^^

owh well..i take tat back...i do it cause i LOVE it ...[lets jus hope my bosses din see this or they'll charge me for free]....its happenin next week lol...whose concert u say?? well don't ask me..i dunno him...

Btw, Transformer was great, but for tat i did smth bad also in the process...

after sleeping in the whole day yesterday i went out to have Bak Kut Teh at Kepong with S.E.S ppl, they were doing theather at wisma MCA, which i was suppose to go and watch but couldn't wake up.

1st thing sotong did to me is give me a headlock cause after penang event, i haven't seen him almost a month. so the plan is me, sotong, Mr.T and Veng to watch it at times square...midnight movie, so i went to Times Sq to buy ticks, there were 3 halls shows at 12 am and 1 hall at 12.30am. i went and the guy told me "we're all sold out". i was doing a grumpy+shitty+angry+frustrated face already and he said to me b4 i turn back out "the reservation seat is releasing at 12am for the 12.30am one". I look at my watch and i said "i'll wait then"

as i was standing near the starbucks shutter door, 2 other guys muttered "...15 more mins" i'm guessing they're onto the same movies too...so there i am, anxiously waiting, looking at the time from my watch, psp and handphone which all 3 have 3 different times...as soon as psp went 12 am ppl started to rush and i was at the back when i started...the bad thing i did was...i cut que...went infront of a couple and buat DUH about it...went there and he said, lucky u, it was the last 4 ticks...as i left the girl stared at me... PFFTSSS typical LALA mui trying to look like a japanese popstar but failed....

the show was actually wut i expected to be, so realistic, but at the same time its confusing to see 2 big things fight but duno who is who cause evrything moves so fast... me and sotong were hoping to hear the transformer's transforming sound...it goes smth like "BRIIKIIKIIKIIIKKIIKUUKUUKUKUU"

i still say though they're bad, but i still prefer Decepticons characters, most of it, StarScream & Blackout was my choice except for Megatron who looks so ugly and Frenzy which is stupidly and anoyying. i think i'm going to watch it again...

my day end with a police stopping me while i was driving back at leisure mall, trying to accuse me of drinkin and drunk driving, i jus cut his question short by asking his id b4 he checked mine, he started blabbing about me getting fine for asking too many question and unauthorized bla bla bla, then i ask him "kalau tuan boleh confirm i am drunk driving, u can jus gimme a ticket, i'll be gladly pay it instead of paying smth else". after a few i-scare-u talks to me, he jus walks away.

cheh, all he wants is some money from me, u think i scared if u say a lot of things to me ar, dunno my history ar, dun play play! ~~or u'll end up in the hospital~~

note to self : buy Transformer DVD and call my bosses for money, i'm almost broke!!!

well lets see, its been almost....3 weeks i haven't come online...i found out 3 things...

no.1 : i have hundreds of unreplied messages on my mail, i need a laptop if i'm going away like this again...

i can only say, a lot....i'll say penang, kk and ~~kuching~~ is all so fine for me, was a lil dissapointed at things but still happy tat i get to see a lot of things i wished to see....so here goes nth...

Penang, 1000 Chinese Orchestra 29th May- 4th June

the food is great no doubt, people is great also until they speak hokkien tat i dun even understd and tat makes me ordering food even more hard, SOMEONE ffk-ed, but i can't blame her cause she din tell me she's not even in the island....din get to see much place, jus went to a lot of makan places which really makes me happy but sad also cause they all speaks hokkien and always got my order wrong a bit, they jus give me evrything spicy, i can't eat hot stuff...but still force myself to eat cause i dun wana waste such good food..

the event i'm doing, is actually a malaysian record attempt (well they already is jus tat they have to make it happen). the record is the most Chinese orchestra......people playing in 1 event...which they have 1200 of different kinda instrument, lets see which i can name it, er-hu.....and others (i guess i can only name one).

setting up was a breeze cause the place is Pisa Indoor Sports Arena, my 1st thought is they copied bkt jalil on the designs on evrything, though they're not tat good, but it jus makes thing easy for me and the crew for setting up...my boss manage to call some penang part-timers to work for us on tat event, turns out they're jus one huge mistake my boss make...since i'm the only freelance among 6 others fulltimers working on lighting, i expect nth more than me working like a cow thruout the event, and penang part-timers were a good thing to hear but they're no help at all...can't blame them cause they din do much huge stuff as i do in life...some of them din know how to handle it...some jus cannot tahan and knocked out in toilets...

so i ran up and down thruout the end of it, and i worned out at the end of it also...luckily, my psp is there to accompany me thruout the end of it either..i can't imagine wut i'll do without it now...

i took a lot of pictures of evrything there, but i'll upload it later...

so i came back on the 4th...a day earlier than i expected...packed my stuff and left KL for KK on the 5th....

Borneo Music Festival, KK, Sabah 5th-11th June

this event is held outdoor, and while we were there, it rained almost evryday, i took 2 shoes and both of it got wet, i got wet too so it leave me no choice but to work with my slippers on..till the end (which is wrong btw..SO WRONG), the place din change much i still recognize the road and evrything, food is still nice as ever and i manage to save some time to meet with my cousin and my old schoolmates there too.

the sound & lighting equipment is from KK's very own Wilti-Jos and Kuching Echo and LA sound&lighting Company, i din know theres sound and lighting company over there which have such equipments as we have here in kl, a few new working frens really amazed me and i really appreciate thier help...especially Guy, our very own crazy frog we called him 'ting ting' (the crazy frog voice), he really helped us alot, i jus wish i took pictures with him...but nvm..there will be more chance...so 3 companies is with us too even to Kuching event...

its a 2 day concert thing done by Hotlink, to promote they Sabah plan tat they have there cause as u know ppl there use Digi and Celcom more...so since they don't like to lose face..they have a go too...so they actually invited the not so popular now taiwanese duo Power Station to perform on Sat and on Sunday our local group Jason Lo, Estrange, Gerhana Ska Cinta, Jinbara and 5 more rockstars wanabe...the crowd is, ok on the Power Station gig, and Huge on Sunday. it rained on showtime but the ppl is still there to watch...

i dun really agree on 2 things and it really pissed me off sometimes..

no.1 : the fact that they're trying to advertise their brand in a LOUD way, the mc is happy to tell evryone on mic loudly tat digi and celcom this and tat...and their hotlink this and tat..i mean come on, do this "war" really need to happen? if the ppl choose to use 012 or 017 line then jus let it be, promote discreetly and not like in a way tat shows tat this telco company is evrything...

no.2 : the artist/group performing, two words "orginal and unique". some of the local group performing we haven't heard of over here in kl, they likes to sing other ppl's song such as Muse's Time is Running Out, Greenday and Simple Plan...and ppl there are happy to hear tat, as for me i jus pity tat they din have their own song to play, no wonder they din make it big.

as u know i like rocking and some of the bands i rocked to it too...

i dun need to do much work as lighting is not much too, so tats about it..its more like a holiday for me really...but since the venue and the hotel is near, so theres no car for me to run around...so din get to buy much thing or see much, jus get to eat and eat and eat....

Borneo Music Festival, Kuching, Sarawak 11th-18th June

while wating for our equipments to come we got to rest for the 1st 2 days of it...went walking around but same case, venue and hotel damn close, no car...get to makan nice food also but not much as late nite, THERE isn't one thing open nearby...if i'm staying there for weeks, i think i'll starve to death...it rained also but this one is heavy....

and on the one of the day, i hit on the club jus to see how it is there, the 1st thing i see is pondan or Ah Kuas around, left, right, here and there....its so freaky...me and few of my working frens jus drink our stuff and went off quickly...

same thing Power Station on Sat, which have a really good number of ppl coming, and on Sunday, the groups tat is performin is OAG, One Buck short, The Times, Pop Shuvit and one stupid local rock group who sings other ppls songs too...but the crowd is ok ok only....since on showtime all i need to do is to be on backstage, i left backstage to be in front of the stage cause i listened to OAG and Pop Shuvit's songs...so i rocked to it too....my boss were shocked to see another side of me...

we din know tat our venue was a flood area, so when it rained, the place filled with water as high as below my knee height...which really concerns us cause theres a lot of voltage running around and 1 leak can cause a lot of things to happen, so we dig and dig and try to find way of not flooding the area up, the results, it didn't flood tat much, still rain, and got me all wet from head to toe...great....

both show went great, though there were some minor probs and i cheated death, but its all good...i gotta give credit to the crew over there, if it wasn't for them this really wouldn't happen...and i wouln't be here alive...

to those who owns PsP, play Metal Gear Solid's latest game called Portable Ops...if ur a fan like me, u sure won't be dissapointed with this one...

as for me, i followed Solid Snake since PlayStation1, from MGS 1 then to Metal Gear Solid 2, then MGS : Operation Snake Eater, and the new one is on PsP called MGS : Portable Ops, its a sequel to the story of the legend big boss in the midst of Nuclear War and War Conspiracy..

- slightly after i finished wrapping up the theather show, went straight to MdV with Jolene for a random movie, although i din sleep for almost 2 days, i felt very wide awake at tat time, so went for lunch and then a movie, went back, had dinner and i slept...slightly after dinner

- woke up jus in time for dinner, i slept about 24hours straight...had dinner, played games then fell asleep....again...

- lazing at home, played psp, sms-ed, chatted and slept...

- went out with Ivy for another movie, since i watched almost evrything, so i jus accompany her to watch 28 Weeks Later...for me, again, it was nice to watch it again lol...

- ~~killed~~ some1....woke me up early in the morning for some delivery, went to do some errants a dota session with ah goh jus now and i'm here...

basically, i had no job this week, so might as well spend time running around and get wut i wana get long time, where else next week, i'll be going to Penang...then KK and Kuching tour will be following up next....holiday is coming again!!!!

well to be honest, i've been having a rough time here at klConventionCentre, i haven't had enough sleep and....tats pretty much is, its my first time working with briish ppl and i guess i'm the only one who could understds them...and actually gave them wut they need..

so my job there at the theater show, is to be a dimmer man, main followspot guy (solo type), solver and interpreter...its jus another show tat makes me all used up at the end of the day...wut makes my day is i can't go home due to transportarion probs, so i need to lepak extra fucking hours there jus to catch an early train and bus back home...so i am being grumpy these few days except for 2day where i actually have mood to head to eNet near ah Gh's place...its been a while i haven't been here alr...and i'm suck at dota this time around...

as u all know by nowi have back working again, though i may see less huge or big shows, and i start from below again, but this doesn't mean i'll stay down, i'll jus do my work and learn to be better, i swore to myself, one day, i'll be EVERYWHERE...this work i did last saturday and sunday marks my home coming...

i can safely say...i'm BACK!! with a vengence....

last saturday....i was at KLCC working at a dinner show for Technip, b4 i work in this field i used to work with my cousin as a marketing person, and i dealt with Technip b4, they're one huge Oil&Gas and very established company..heres the pics...

first of all i need to thank each and evryone of u for comforting me, especially Jon who is willing to bring me some booze to help me sleep the other night..cheap one but it does makes me sleep...

since my parents is back from their holiday, the hse isn't mine anymore, was suppose to sleep in the whole day but wait...

was out late night yesterday for dota sessions with Jorden, Wei, Nic and Sotong, though it was never planned, we played till 2 am earlier this morning, was totally forgotten tat the game was tat time, came back and 20 mins has gone, 1-0 is the score at tat time and it remained liddat till extra time and penalty kick, which liverpool won 4-1 (as told by my bro cause i was asleep *ahakz*)

was too tired to celebr8, i jus smiled, finished my beer and slept..

so back to wut i said, was not plannin to go out cause i'm too fucking tired nowadays from evrything tat jus happened...still shock but life still going on for me, and still hangin clueless...

so i slept and a call came in, woke me up while i was asleep, then i realise tat since i have nth to do, might as well jus be there..jus to do nth...i mean wtf for? rite?? so came down to mdv at noon...

since my purpose is only to be there, which makes me pretty much boring thruout the show lol, so thought of snapping pictures of the ppl behind it...

remember this???exactly last year... the same fashion show, i was there even though i wasn't working, jus to accompany sotong, back then...and now, i spend my unworking days going there too..this time...i'm back again, though i'm not working, they ask me to be there this time jus to see the show, making sure it runs smoothly, cause the programmer this time is a new guy instead of sotong, so they need me to be there jus in case smth happens...not paid wan!! but since i work in their fashion show on and off, so i roughly knows wut they wan so i can coordinate with the programmers...heck i love to be there...

though, my main purpose of this entry was not about football, is more or less about my love life...or should i say, my heartbroken-ness which i experience time and time again...

yesterday evening while i was out with Yee Ping for a movie (again!!), we discuss smth about this, and it makes me wonder wuts my ideal gf should be...not many knows, as for my close frens, all they know is i like girls with long straight hair..

i admit, if i ever saw one passing by me, my eye will locked on to her like a plane locked on target..and my mind started to play me "if i had a girl like her"..practically, i meant the hair, not the person considerin its not the looks tat i'm looking for, its the hair...eheh....weird enough rite?

this issue has been playing with my mind, jus like the movie Number 23 starring Jim Carrey (watch alr?? a mus to watch), but tat movie was about numbers playing with ur mind till paranoia sets in and makes u do things outta ur state of mind...something like tat, this issue has been playing with my mind for quite a while and if i ever have sleepless nights, or working late night, this will be playing in my mind, over and over and over again till i fell asleep or smth kept me away from it...

i was talking to Nichole mins ago about her bf criteria in her blog which i read b4 the game starts, it made me think back, wuts mine? cause on and off my parents or my frens notice tat i kept on being with some1 different evrytime, or try to be with some1 different evrytime..even they too asked me once long time ago "why this girl?" or "wut kinda taste u have la". i know i shouldn't listen to wtv my frens said, which i did not, its my feelings tat said so..but it neva fail to kept them wondering why this and tat all the time...

now wut are the girl tat i'm looking for actually? honestly..there isn't much criteria i think, its all about the girl..not me...wait...wtf am i talking about??

here goes nth...my ideal gf should have these below :-

1. age doesn't matter, as long as she is active in any way, not a bummer...but tat doesn't mean i won't bum with her over a tv show or smth..
2. mus not be taller than me, of course, if she's a model or some sorts i dun mind at all..ok...height is not a prob...but my ideal one should be around my eye when she stands next to me..
3. weight, considering how thin i am, i prefer some more or less like me, anyone huger than me is quite a no-no for me really, cause it really brings me down in some part of my life...
4. not a home girl, always active outside, whether its outdoor activities or jus plain hanging out, but knows wut is there to do at home also..kinda same like me..
5. a dancer, this is jus a dream, though i really wish i had one who can dance with me..
6. some1 who is not boring, always smth new..
7. doesn't smoke or do drugs, as i dun do both too..drinkin is totally a turn on for me...
8. share the same interest as me..or more or less don't mind doing things i like with me..like going to rave parties or clubs and etc..
9. a wise one, not spending so much on things, unless eating out cause i myself eat more than my own budget
10. long haired, jus a dream also, but others are ok depending on the person
11. willing to make time for us to be 2gether, not like the previous ones i had..
12. dare to try new things, or do something outta their comfort zone for once..
13. don't mind my working life..
14. have a unique personality, being herself and being true to herself..
15. and lastly, i know it sounds weird, but i like or wana be with some1 i could imagine to marry or spend my life with..

evryone knows wut my previous love life is, and recent one had really got me down badly, a part of me saying i shouldn't go on like this no more, and yet, seeing couple out in the streets holding hands or doings smth, it makes me wonder why i couldn't be like tat...now...like, wut i have in the past i should be like tat now, but things happens and in the end i'm the one who got heartbroken evrytime...

...though i neva see her for quite a while now since she is way half way around the world, but memories of me and her still smells fresh..she's getting married sometime this year, and i'm still waiting for the invitation card she promised me last year when i met her...gosh i wish i really can turn back time again, then i'll be her husband rite now instead of a handsome hawaiian..
